Case Manager, Residential Services Team

About the Role

Karralika Programs is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our Canberra based Residential Services Team, to support individuals and families experiencing alcohol and other drug dependence issues. You will be working with clients in our residential treatment programs providing one-on-one case management support.

About You

You will have a minimum Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, or a Diploma in Community Services, specialising in Alcohol and Other Drugs or Mental Health. You have previous case management experience working within the AOD sector and have a solid understanding of best practice alcohol and drug treatment for adults, families and children including CBT, MI, Trauma Informed Care.

You will be joining a supportive and close-knit team, in a values-based organisation, who sees the potential in every individual.
