Case Manager – Community Services Program

We are currently seeking a full-time case manager who is suitably qualified and experienced worker to work with people that have alcohol and other drug issues, and their family members.

The role is located within our Community Services programs working with adults and families. The role works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide one on one case management and group facilitation with adults recovering from problematic alcohol and other drug use.

As a case manager, you will have solid experience in case management and therapeutic interventions including facilitating groups and one-to-one sessions. You will require a minimum Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs or an equivalent qualification in fields such as mental health or community services however significant, on the ground experience in working with people with complex needs is required. Successful applicants may work across our various programs and sites including; Justice services, Residential Services (either Adult or Family programs) or Community Services.
