Alcohol and other Drugs Worker – Therapeutic Community

We are currently seeking full-time Alcohol and Other Drug workers. Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced workers who support the purpose and values of our organisation and who have relevant qualifications in AOD with related mental health and other complex needs experience, knowledge and skills.

The role provides support to people with significant AOD issues who are participating in residential treatment within the Karralika Therapeutic Community including the Adult and Family Programs. The positions will include evening and weekend shifts on roster.

You will require a minimum Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs or an equivalent qualification in other fields including mental health and children’s services and experience working with people with complex needs is required. Experience in working within and/or knowledge of the therapeutic community model is an advantage, but not essential.
