Justice Services Program Manager
Karralika Programs is looking for a Justice Services Program Manager to lead our dedicated team in the ACT that support people through evidence-based group and individual interventions to address and reduce harms related to substance use and associated criminogenic behaviours. The Manager has the responsibility for the culture and performance of the team and the quality of services and support provided to our clients.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive service excellence, enhance clinical governance, and provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams, and will involve working within the Alexander Maconochie Centre (Canberra’s prison) and in the community.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills. Your high emotional intelligence, empathy, and non-judgmental approach will enable you to build positive relationships and lead with integrity. Additionally, you will have the ability to foster teamwork and promote a culture of continuous improvement while proactively managing performance, resolving conflicts, and driving organisational goals.
