Director of Clinical Services

Karralika Programs is on the hunt for a values-driven leader and highly experienced clinician to join our team as the Director of Clinical Services. Could that be you?

You will be joining us at a time of organisational growth, but we never lose sight of our purpose, our clients and communities, and our humble beginnings back in 1976. Our current Director, Anna McKenry, will be taking up a role as Clinical Advisor, working with the CEO and leadership team with a focus on building capacity and capability as well as working with the incoming Clinical Director to establish our new programs.

As the Director of Clinical Services you have oversight and responsibility for the quality of care we provide to communities across the ACT and regional NSW (extending from Griffith to Cooma and to the Eurobodalla) through our diverse AOD programs, as well as developing and implementing our models of care and supporting our staff.

In addition, this role is part of the Executive team working alongside the CEO engaging with funders, partners and other stakeholders.

We strive to provide the highest quality of care for our service users and their families, and a safe and inclusive place for healing and recovery. This extends to our workplace culture and staff health and wellbeing.
