Counsellor – Residential Programs Team

The Opportunity

Karralika Programs is seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our Canberra based Residential Programs Team, to support individuals and families experiencing alcohol and other drug dependence issues.

You will be working with clients in our Residential Therapeutic Community providing one-on-one counselling support.

About You

You will have the following essential qualifications and experience:

  • Unconditional professional registration with AHPRA, Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PAFCA)
  • AOD specific training and/or experience
  • Experience in providing individual counselling and/or group work
  • Working with Vulnerable People Clearance
  • Police Check

You will be joining a supportive and close-knit team, in a values-based organisation, who sees the potential in every individual.
