Karralika Programs are currently seeking full-time case managers to support adults and families residing in our Adult and Family Therapeutic Communities.

You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, wherein you will provide one-on-one case management and group facilitation with adult clients engaged in treatment for their alcohol and other drug dependencies.

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced workers who embody the purpose and values of our organisation, and who have a strong understanding of the AOD sector (especially with experience relating to mental health and other complex needs.)

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (or equivalent qualification fields including mental health and children’s services),
  • Demonstrated experience in both case management and therapeutic interventions – including facilitating groups and one-to-one sessions,
  • Demonstrated experience working in the AOD sector and with people with complex needs,
  • Experience working within and/or knowledge of the Therapeutic Community model (advantageous, but not essential.)

Individuals with lived experience are eligible to apply but must be in active recovery with more than 2-years separation from service.
