As Corporate Services Director, I lead a dedicated team responsible for financial management, human resources, and administration. Our focus is on ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation so that our people have the support and resources they need to perform at their best. By managing core business functions effectively, we create an environment where excellence can thrive.

I love working for an organisation that is deeply committed to helping people live better lives through a range of alcohol and drug programs. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to a mission that makes such a meaningful difference in the community. I take pride in being able to add value and provide support to an industry and sector that is truly worthwhile and impactful.
What is your background?
My career began in Human Resource Management and has since evolved into broader corporate leadership while maintaining a strong focus on people-centred strategies. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree and have completed training with the Australian Institute of Directors, reinforcing my commitment to strong governance and risk management. I have held senior and executive roles across not-for-profit and private sector organisations, combining financial oversight, operational leadership, and strategic planning with a passion for building positive, high-performing cultures. This diverse experience enables me to drive organisational success while ensuring people remain at the heart of everything we do.
