On 16 December 2011, Kim Fleming, Manager of Karralika Programs Inc. Adult Therapeutic Community won the ATODA award for excellence in Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Work, recognising her commitment, skill and knowledge, and importantly her empathy for the clients she seeks to support.
